STRAIGHT UNION MALE JIC - MALE SAE
A male JIC - male SAE straight union is a hydraulic fitting used to join two sections of pipe or hose that have a male end with a 37º flare angle.
Assembly is carried out by screwing both male ends into the respective previously flared tubes or hoses. Sealing is achieved by contact between the conical surfaces of the ends, which are tightly pressed together when the union is screwed on.
JIC male - SAE male straight unions are found in various hydraulic systems such as industrial machinery, mobile vehicles and mobile hydraulic systems.
