SUREFIRE SINGLE PHASE ELECTRIC GREASE PUMP

Description

The SUREFIRE pump is a reliable and robust collection pump that works with semi-fluid oils and greases. Its shape allows it to be housed in small spaces.

It is an electric gear pump that can be adapted to a wide range of production machines for feeding volumetric injectors, up to 100 points. Its versatility also allows it to work with other lubrication systems and in all types of applications.

Functioning

The SUREFIRE pump is equipped with a motor pump that sucks the lubricant from the tank to transport it under pressure to the distribution network through the outlet(s) located on the top plate. The pressurization of the distribution network forces all injectors to discharge the predetermined volume, previously stored in the dosing chamber.
